Croatia is best to visit between May-September because these are the warmest months when it’s possible to do all activities including the fabulous boat tours and swimming at their lovely beaches. Most boat tours are closed for the season between October-April and the water is too cold to swim during this time as well. However, if you don’t mind missing boat tours and swimming, then Croatia is good to visit all year round.
